What is “Lock In My Rate — Pay Later”?
“Lock In My Rate — Pay Later” allows you to reserve New Year offers without payment upfront. Simply submit the form by January 15 and our client coordinator will connect with you to schedule your consultation. Visit the facility, review your options, and decide if you’d like to move forward. Your New Year rate remains reserved until your consultation—no commitment required.
How long do I have to use the personal training sessions?
All matched personal training sessions must be used within 45 days of your first scheduled session.
How does the Elite Access membership work?
Your membership activates immediately and includes open gym access, 6 private pod reservations per month, unlimited recovery room use, and more. You will receive a confirmation email with membership details, followed by a separate Brivo Mobile Pass email containing your mobile key for facility access from 4:30 AM to midnight.

What is a private training pod?
A private training pod is a reserved training space inside our facility that includes its own equipment, bench, rack, and accessories. Pods allow you to train independently in a dedicated area without sharing equipment or waiting for machines. Elite Access members can reserve up to 6 private pod sessions per month. Can I reserve more than one offer?
Yes. You may reserve one personal training offer and the Elite Access membership.
Can I gift one of these offers?
Yes. Any New Year offer may be gifted. When our team connects to schedule the consultation, we’ll assist with transferring the offer. All purchases are non-refundable.
