Have Questions?
Do you offer programs for kids or young athletes? Yes. Symmetry Sports Performance trains young athletes aged 12 to 18 using the same assessment-based methodology we use with professional athletes. Every youth client starts with a movement and strength assessment to identify developmental gaps, asymmetries, and injury risk. From there we build age-appropriate programming focused on speed, strength, agility, and movement quality across all sports.
What makes Symmetry different from other gyms in Fort Lauderdale? Three things. A real assessment that identifies exactly what's holding your athlete back. Dedicated coaching from professionals with advanced education in strength and conditioning — not generalists. And a plan that evolves based on performance benchmarks, so development is always targeted and measurable.
