A Bit About Me
Savannah, a South Florida native, is an ambitious undergraduate student at Nova Southeastern University, passionately pursuing a major in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Neuroscience. Her aspirations include obtaining certifications as a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy). Engaged in cutting-edge undergraduate research focused on performance and neuroscience, Savannah brings her enthusiasm for knowledge to her role as an intern. At Symmetry, she actively contributes to group classes, conducts testing using Vald Performance equipment, and lends her knowledge to the training of combat athletes. Savannah's dedication to fitness and her multidisciplinary approach make her a valuable asset to our team.
