At Symmetry Fitness, every client receives a personalized exercise plan customized based on individual goals, limitations, and physical capabilities. When working with a new client, we typically ask questions first and foremost and provide a full-body assessment where we learn about your abilities, limitations, injuries, goals, lifestyle, and schedule.
We need to understand what motivates our clients and what pitfalls have disrupted their progress in the past.
We focus on safe form and teaching the correct movements to get the full benefit from the exercise. Our main enjoyment is reaching the maximum potential of each client's body safely through proper nutrition and exercise. Here at Symmetry, we believe the human body is the perfect machine.
Each of our trainers has a variety of certifications, including but not limited to a Masters's degree in exercise science, NSCA, CPT NSCA-CSCS, W.F.A., PN1 Nutrition C.P.S.
